Happy Birthday to myself!

Hello guys, few days back is my BIRTHDAY! Bet not many people knew it only some of my close people, haha. Alright, shall elaborate on 26/11/2010.

26/11/10

Woke up at 9am, sun is shining as bright as ever! The sun knew it was my birthday today, hahahaha. Mom gave a ang pao, bo bian must accept. Nothing from them because they already brought my a new pair of gym shoes! After that prepare awhile then go JP house first, and then go together to Meng Enn house. We are the last to reached, while everybody is there already. At there played PS2 awhile then eat steamboat! Talk, laugh and eat at the same time. Was making fun of people and our self, haha. And we ate till wanna die already. I burp the most, haha. After eating, watched Mirrors. Bloody and nudity, i must say. Watched halfway, cut cake for myself! They sing birthday song for me, was not used as nobody has sung for me, pretty touching. After that eat cake time! Jia Bian gave me 1 big block of chocolate, want me to turn my muscle to fats! Felt a bit guilty when ate, but never mind as i tml will resume my hardcore training in the morning. After that, went home with Amelia sister and Jia Bian. Really wanna thank them for the wonderful celebration. Wonder if without them how would i be, maybe no close friends for the rest of my secondary school years. It's been a long time i last hang out with the clique, due to my trainings almost every days. Sometimes they went out without me, as they know I'm not free. Just wanna say a huge Thank You and Sorry to them. Hope to hang out with you all soon, Thank you Clique! Thanks to everyone who wished me, this is the best birthday i ever had to date. Thank you guys :)

Been missing Darren for not coming to gym! No one close to talk to, very bored. And also WHERE IS FANG QIYUAN AND KHAIRUL! You all think N' Level finish already no need come back ah!? Hahaha just kidding, it's been a long time since i last saw them. Hopefully they would come sooner, i miss them, dumbbells and plates miss them too.

Leg Day

Hey guys, been busy due to same reasons, training, studying, working on orders, etc. Many things had happened, do not wish to mention it anymore. Shall elaborate today. Woke up at 8, had my breakfast. Read my newspaper as usual and then prepare to go to gym. Before that drank a serving of Whey Protein Isolate and Red Bull. Today is my leg day, trained legs, shoulders and abs. My workout was quite okay today, legs need some twitching due to spoiled machines. So changed my Leg extensions to Barbell front squats and Lying hamstring curl to Leg presses. First time doing front squats, off form though. Was scared and unbalancing, but understood some advices gave from a China guy i always wanted to become friends with, haha. Taught me to use another way to grip the barbell instead of the usual, thanks. First time talking to him, excited as he is very popular in gym. Overall workout gone well, talked to my usual friends there most of the time. After gym, drink a serving of Whey Protein Isolate and then ate lunch. After that, using com ordering friend's orders and then stayed at home all the way. Nothing much happened, so shall stop here with my ON's 100% Gold Standard Whey! :)

California Fitness

Hey folks, here to tell a bedtime story for you all again. Shall try my best to elaborate Tuesday and Wednesday.


Tuesday, came to school without standing, yes finally. 1st lesson, English. Ms Wang ask we all to do the PowerPoint slides of the job occupation, and when she ask us we got to anot, no one replied, HAHA FAIL. After that History, can't remember much. Then PE, Fiona Tan never came. So we slack and 'Men's Talk'. Ahmad very hilarious sia, he do something very obscene and Jolene was in front of him. Jolene felt disgusting til cry, wtf!? Haha, can't say what he do here, very in appropriate. Then Ahmad do something with his hands and touch JP! Haha, Jp was running around like mad men, we all laugh to the max! Laugh til Abs sore, trained already. Ate with Jp, Hui Xian said i ate a lot, haha thank you. After that, 2 hours of Physics/Chemistry. I passed my Physic man! By 1 mark. Actually i got 12/25, but the answer of the equipment is correct, but KKK mark wrong, lucky shit. Then Chemistry, quite blur because talk to Amelia too much, haha. After that, go home and prepare for CIP at Christalite Home. Go there, nothing to do. I only talk to one Chinese uncle all the way, he was damn funny and cool. When i approach him, he said,'Eh boy, got poker card anot?' Then i thought he was one of the mentalist, but actually not. He said,'Next time you come bring poker card, then i show you the power of magic'. He can speak Malay, Chinese and Hokkien, cool man. Then we ask him about gambling:


Me: Uncle, got buy 4D one?
Uncle: Got la, every time but will strike one.
Zaim: Wah uncle, always buy then straight win ah?
Uncle: No la!!! If i every time buy straight win then i still come here ah?
Everybody: LAUGH!!!
Jp: Uncle,you can go and but 4D meh? They let you go out ah?
Uncle: Of course la! Then where this bee hoon come from?
Everybody: LAUGH!!!


Funny shit man! I translate la, but if you hear the real version you can confirm roll on the floor already. After CIP, went to gym. Late go due to CIP, then made Darren wait, sorry bro. When i came, many of my friends gone. I tell them,' I come, you go', not fair man. Saw many veterans and usual faces there, talked to them a bit. Trained til 7 plus, gone home. At home prepare Wed's Chinese test. After that text someone for awhile, and then slept.


Today, never late again, yes man. Clap to myself biatch, haha. Left 1 more minute, quickly chiong to sit, never thumb in. 1st lesson, CA. Mr Moothy talked about Singapore Culture. More about typical Singaporeans, i think. When ask what are the negative side of Singaporeans:


Mr Moothy: Can someone give me some negative side of Singaporeans?
Ahmad: Yes cher, Kiasu.
Mr Moothy: Why?
Ahmad: Because they scared of their wife, don't dare to betray them. like stupid ah, cher.


Wtf? Whole class laugh sia, haha. After that, MT. Done our Chinese Test, finished halfway. Fail man, i scared Thursday would stay back. After that ate with Jp, 4 egg breads. And then English, go for interview by Miss Lee. When i walked passed 3S3, they thought i gone counselling, haha.
I'm not that bad til need counselling okay. After the interview, sat in my chair, 5 mins later, suddenly laugh til the very max. Ahmad again did something with his hand and touch Jp, and Jp was super scared! Haha, i, Irfan and Akmal laugh til the very very very Max!!! Hahaha, can't stop laughing about Jp's reaction. Laugh until Ms Wang crazy, isolate Ahmad. After that, Maths. Had our CT. I was revising last minute with Vivian, it worked. But some questions not sure, so Vivian ask Regine. When she ask Regine,' Regine, what is the answer of 4c?' Regine goes,'huh?' and then looked away and do her stuffs. We are waiting for her answer and she was doing her stuffs for a long, long period. So we burst out of laughter, haha. After that, home. Went home, sleep and then prepare for Fat-Burning session. Saw my gym friend, an adult but i don't know his name, sorry. Chatted a lot until he surprise me by asking,' Want to go to California Fitness together another time?' I was like,' Wow, that's an honor to go there!' and replied him after exams. California Fitness is expensive to the max, some more only Pro Body-Builder goes there to train. Looking forward to that day, so excited! Alright gonna stop now, later.
