Leg Day

Hey guys, been busy due to same reasons, training, studying, working on orders, etc. Many things had happened, do not wish to mention it anymore. Shall elaborate today. Woke up at 8, had my breakfast. Read my newspaper as usual and then prepare to go to gym. Before that drank a serving of Whey Protein Isolate and Red Bull. Today is my leg day, trained legs, shoulders and abs. My workout was quite okay today, legs need some twitching due to spoiled machines. So changed my Leg extensions to Barbell front squats and Lying hamstring curl to Leg presses. First time doing front squats, off form though. Was scared and unbalancing, but understood some advices gave from a China guy i always wanted to become friends with, haha. Taught me to use another way to grip the barbell instead of the usual, thanks. First time talking to him, excited as he is very popular in gym. Overall workout gone well, talked to my usual friends there most of the time. After gym, drink a serving of Whey Protein Isolate and then ate lunch. After that, using com ordering friend's orders and then stayed at home all the way. Nothing much happened, so shall stop here with my ON's 100% Gold Standard Whey! :)
